By downloading, installing, or using Pet Care Diary (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pet Care Diary does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App is for record keeping and reminders only. It does not replace professional veterinary care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health concerns, emergencies, or treatment decisions regarding your pet.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter in the App.
• Reviewing reminders and records before relying on them.
• Seeking qualified veterinary advice for medical concerns.
• Complying with applicable laws when using the Service.

You must not use the Service in a way that harms others, infringes rights, or violates law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at petcarediary@jenoleap.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

Health records you create remain your responsibility. Pet Care Diary provides tools to organise and export information but does not verify clinical accuracy.

Exported PDFs and in-app summaries reflect the data you entered. Confirm important details with your veterinarian.

If you use NFC or QR smart pet tags, you choose what information appears on the public profile.

You are responsible for reviewing visible fields before activating a tag. Do not display your home address or private health records on public tag pages. We provide controls to help you manage visibility; misuse of public profiles is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or misleading content intended to harm others.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, subject to applicable law.

Pet Care Diary may offer free and paid plans, including Premium features and Smart Tag add-ons.

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, device limitations, or network issues may affect access.

Offline features depend on local device storage; cloud features require connectivity and active accounts where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JenoLeap and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Pet Care Diary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Upon deletion, access to synced data may end. Local data on your device may remain until you remove the App or clear its data.
